Terms and Conditions

This game is run by Pedigree Wholesale, Pedigree House, Ambleside, Gamston, Nottingham NG2 6NQ.

One order delivered per customer per week will be entered into the prize draw. If an order containing a minimum of 1 item from the 12 Deals of Christmas is delivered to you within the dates, a maximum of 1 additional entry will be submitted into the draw. The winner will only be eligible to win the first prize they are drawn for, not multiple prizes.

Eligible orders must be delivered between the dates stated below and only on orders placed via our website petproducts.co.uk that are made from the UK mainland. Customers who do not place their order via our website, petproducts.co.uk, are not eligible to enter and will not be submitted into the prize draw. Minimum order values are applicable; entries will not be valid if minimum order criterias are not met.

Prizes as shown:

1^st Prize- Trip to New York. This prize will be given in the form of a £2,500 lastminute.com Travel Gift Voucher which can be used on Flight + Hotel bookings made via www.lastminute.com

Other prizes include; M&S Deluxe Collection Hamper (worth £100), Champagne Celebration gift box, Pedigree Wholesale £50 Credit, Wine & Chocolate gift box x 2, Prosecco & Chocolates x 2, Swiss Chocolate Gift Bag x2, Pedigree Wholesale £25 Credit, Pedigree Wholesale £15 Credit

This will be drawn at random by Pedigree Wholesale. The Prize winners will be selected at random by 10/1/25 and notified via email or telephone after this date. All qualifying entries must be submitted to us within the start / end date.

The winners may be asked to participate in promotional material, including (but not limited to) press releases, Social Media, Internal Pedigree publications and petproducts.co.uk

If you are a winner, you will be contacted by email or telephone. You must be available in January to be presented with the prize and photography. Pedigree Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to re-draw new winners at random.

There is no cash alternative to this prize draw. Pedigree Wholesale’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Lastminute.com or Marks and Spencer are not in any way affiliated or involved in the prize draw.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Pedigree Wholesale’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

Pedigree Wholesale shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable.
