Important Update: Estimated Delivery Time and Proof of Delivery

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be able to offer you an Estimated Delivery Time and Proof of Delivery for your orders via email and/or text message.

Our new Transport Routing System will allow you to receive notifications of your Estimated Delivery Time within a 2-hour window, as well as receiving a tracking link for your delivery. Plus, we can now collect an electronic Proof of Delivery through signatures and/or photographs.

To enable this and get the best use of our new Delivery Update service we are asking that you update your contact information with us. You can do this by clicking the survey link below. Please be assured that your details will not be passed on to any third parties and are purely for updating records currently held in our own systems.

Please note: The phone number entered must be a mobile number in order to receive text message updates, otherwise we will only be able to offer email updates to you.
