As the well-being of animals and the protection of consumers are of utmost importance to us within the framework of responsible trade, our quality management team are in constant communication with our suppliers and independent institutes to review our range of products. In the case of the following Arden Grange product, we need to inform you of our most recent findings:

Sensitive Venison & Potato Wet Food 395g with batch number 169MH and expiration date 05.10.2025. Pedigree Item Code 270699.

Our investigations, along with those of our suppliers, have revealed anomalies regarding an increased lead content. The cause is currently unknown, but we are currently conducting an in-depth investigation. Due to these findings, we kindly ask you to immediately withdraw from sale and destroy any stock that you may have relating to the above batch number.

To receive a refund, please email customerservices@petproducts.co.uk with the following information: How much product you have left in stock and how much of the product has already been sold.

If you wish to return the purchased product, please contact customerservices@petproducts.co.uk and we will organize the pick-up of the products.

Please forward this letter to any customers who have bought the product from you and advise them to take further action.
