Can I Save my Basket?
If you log out of a session without going through the checkout, any items in your basket will be saved for the following 30 days. The next time you log in, assuming it is sooner than 30 days since your last session, you will see the items in the basket, and you will be able to complete your order (subject to the usual stock checks). If any item has become unavailable since your last session, it will be removed from the basket when you check out.
Do you run Online Promotions?
Yes we do! All of the offers in our periodic Special Offer Brochure (Pet People) are available on the website to all eligible customers, as well as regular online only promotions and pre sales. You can also buy Clearance lines through the website, saving up to 80% on certain lines.
Do I need to enter a Discount Code to get Special Prices?
Can I create an Order Pad for Future Orders?
Yes you can. These are known as shopping lists. There are various ways to create a shopping list, including uploading a file and converting a previous order. Find out more by logging into your account and selecting Shopping Lists in the Account area.
Can I change my Account Details on the Website?
For security reasons it's not possible to change any of your account details, apart from your password. If you need to update address or contact details, please email Customer Services and they will be happy to help.
Can I Arrange a Return on the website?
Yes you can! You can do this by logging into your account. Select the order which contains the items you wish to return. This will bring up the list of items on the order. Select the items you wish to return, along with the reason, and click on Submit Return Request.
Can I Pay my Bill on the Website?
Not yet, but we're working on it. We'll let you know as soon as this facility is enabled.
Can I view my Transfer/Rep Orders online?
Not yet, but we are working on making this possible in the near future. You can only currently see orders you have placed online, or orders your Business Development Manager may have placed online on your behalf.
