The belt is fastened snugly around the hips using a lightweight, easy-open/easy-close metal clasp. It features an elastic waistband adjustable from 70–110 cm / 28–43", and, when complemented by the leg straps, provides perfect pelvic balance and support no matter what dogs get up to.
For added safety and comfort, the dog is attached to a separate strap on the front of the belt using a carabiner, with an elastic component designed to cushion any sudden movements. The Expedition Belt ECO can be combined with any Hurtta leash.
But the features don’t stop there—there are also two handy pockets. The reflective zipped pocket is ideal for a water bottle and phone or keys, and the elastic pocket gives easy access to essentials like dog treats and poop bags.

Corrosion resistance of the metal parts has been tested in the laboratory according to the EN ISO 9227 : 2017 (E) standard and found to fulfil the determined quality requirements (SGS).
The tensile strength of the running belt has been tested under laboratory conditions according to standard SFS-EN ISO 13934- 1, and it meets the strength requirements set for the running belts.
