Please find below an important communication from Sarah Fowler, CEO of Fish4Pets Ltd.
Dear Customer,
I am writing to you as a valued customer of Fish4Pets to personally update you about some changes and how we will support you moving forward.
Fish4Pets is a global brand with distribution in over 35 countries around the world, with many valued customers and partners, and most importantly many happy, healthy dogs and cats enjoying our products every day.
Over the last 18 months we have all seen changes in the global economy. Double-digit inflation has affected most businesses and households here in the UK, and now we are seeing significant deflation occurring in Asia, particularly in China.
For Fish4Pets, like many other businesses, this has been a challenging period and the downturn in China this year has resulted in the need for a review of our business operations.
Unfortunately, and with much sadness, as part of this review, our UK Sales Representatives roles have been made redundant and we must now say goodbye to Judith Laurie and Patina Pickard.
Judith and Patina have been instrumental in developing the Fish4Pets brand in the UK through their excellent work with pet specialist retailers like yourself and we are very sad to lose such valued colleagues. I am sure you will join me in wishing both of them the very best for the future.
Moving forward we’ve reviewed how we can best support you and for all orders from 1st January 2024 we now ask that you purchase Fish4Pets products via one of our dedicated wholesale partners: Pedigree Wholesale.
