This withdrawal is applicable only to products with any of the following best-before dates:

• 31.08.2024
• 28.09.2024
• 06.10.2024
• 13.10.2024

Please read the attached withdrawal notice from Natures Menu. It is important to clarify that the supplier has said this product poses no risk to the dog's health, and this withdrawal notice involves no other Natures Menu dog and cat products. There is no requirement to recall stock back from customers who have purchased these items.

If you have stock of any of the products with these best-before dates, we ask that you remove them form sale (shelves/online) and dispose of them. We will issue a credit for any affected stock. Please email our Customer Services Team with a list of quantities and the invoice number they relate to, and we will issue a credit.
