We use sustainably sourced wild salmon, which is a highly digestible, rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. We add sweet potato for flavour, as well as being a great source of nutrients. Our Fishcakes also contain chicory root, a good source of prebiotics that help maintain a healthy digestion. Our food is handcrafted in small batches and gently air-dried to retain nutrients and flavour.
