Nature of recall:
Leaking seals were noted on several units after 9 months storage in a routine stability programme. A leaking tube could affect the dosage applied to a cat impacting efficacy.
In conjunction with the Veterinary Medicines Doctorate (VMD), Pets Choice has initiated a recall of the batch detailed above at the retail level.
We would request that you check your stock and remove any product from stock of the affected batch (5E10) and return to us at Pedigree Wholesale Ltd.
Note: Recall from customer level is not required.
If you have purchased this product from us since July 3rd 2025, our customer services team will be in touch to confirm how many (if any) of the affected batch you have, and to arrange its return to us.
