Recall of James Wellbeloved Cat Oral Care & Cat Hairball Dry Food in the UK
James Wellbeloved™ is voluntarily recalling certain batches of Cat Oral Care (1.5kg, 4kg & 10kg) and James Wellbeloved™ Hairball (1.5kg & 4kg) dry food with the specific batch numbers and best before dates detailed below.
Due to a manufacturing system error, the affected products do not contain the required vitamin levels for a complete and balanced diet and therefore are not suitable for use as a cat's sole source of nutrition.
The health of pets is paramount to James Wellbeloved™ which is why we’re initiating a voluntary recall of the affected batches of the product.

Advice for your Customers
If your customers have the product listed above, please advise them to stop feeding the product to their pet immediately. They should keep the product packaging and contact the Consumer Care team via the details below to arrange reimbursement:
